Schneider, Kerr & Robichaux
Once you have been scheduled a hearing date, you will be assigned a legal assistant as your main point of contact while your case is prepared for court. You will also be assigned an attorney at this time, and a meeting will be scheduled for the two of you to discuss everything. Preferably this meeting will be in person. It is helpful to review the suggestions in the previous step "Waiting For a Hearing", and complete any that could apply to you.
